Once I started wrapping for others, I began looking at all crafting supplies and small decorative objectives as fair game. Holiday ornaments, napkin holders, floral decor sticks and scrapbook stickers were purchased impulsively in the hopes of finding unique ways to make a gift statement. Some were less successful, such as stand up cards impractically strapped to the box and small holiday trees hot-glued to gift surfaces. Others were a hit, such as small birds clipped to the ribbons. The creative process is fun, and hopefully the opening of the gifts is equally rewarding.
